Requirements

Age: Recommended range is 7th-10th grade but all are welcome!
Have a device that can join Google Meet and complete assignments
Identify as female/non-binary
Able to attend at least 80% of the classes (8/10 days)

Details

Two week, 10 day course on the basics of Python programming

Live meetings each day teach students beginner Python topics

Students use Trinket to complete assignments and create a final project

To graduate the class and receive a certificate of completion, students must complete all assignments and the final project

July/August - 14 day period

Tuesdays and Thursdays

6:00 - 6:45 P.M. EST

Online, through Google Meet

*Asynchronous can be signed up for and completed anytime June-August 2025
